Museo Barrio Ballaja

The design for this cultural museum was a key component in redeveloping the colonial Spanish institutional quarter in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The museum was to honor the major effort of historical preservation that reinvigorated one of the city’s oldest colonial neighborhoods. Interpretive themes included cultural, archeological, historical, and architecture.

Our involvement included the initial museum programming, master planning, artifact selection, concept plan development, exhibit design and related development services.
